You only need to add a JavaScript file to your websites or apps. From your site management in your customer account, you can access the corresponding JavaScript file, ready to be copied to your websites or apps. It's that simple! Once you add the JavaScript file to your websites or apps, your users' data will begin to be collected, and you'll be able to view it in DecSoft Stats.
Absolutely not. DecSoft Stats provides you with a wealth of information about users of your websites or apps, however, we do not store any information that could identify users. For example, we use users' IP addresses to obtain their country, region, and city, but once this information is obtained, the IP address is not stored in our database.
We recommend that you do so whenever you wish to continue receiving information from your sites or apps. However, if you do not renew your customer account, you will still be able to access it and view previously collected information from your sites or apps. DecSoft Stats does not charge recurring fees; therefore, you will be responsible for renewing your customer account whenever you wish.
